What is LIVE?
LIVE is a system for local businesses and companies to display their offers, any offer on LIVE will expire on the same day but the company or business decides the time it will expire.
How do I get email notifications about new offers?
To get notified via email about new offers you have to sign up for a free account, once logged in you can click the word "Options" in the top right corner of any page, and choose which types of offers you would like to be emailed about.
How do I become a business member?
To become a business member requires purchasing days, as long as you have days remaining your business details will remain in the "Businesses" section of this website. First you have to join as a free member, once you have joined you can add days by logging in and clicking "Options" in the top right corner of any page, then from the options page you can click "Business Options" from the left menu and choose your package.
How do I add my details to the businesses section?
To add your details to the "Businesses" section of this website you must first become a business member, you can then click "Options" in the top right corner of any page and then on the left menu click "Business Profile", once this form is filled out your details will be stored in the "Businesses" section of the site.
How do I extend my membership?
Extending your membership requires adding more days, this can be done by logging in, clicking "Options" in the top right corner, then click "Business Options" in the left menu and choosing a package.
What are credits used for?
Credits are used for displaying offers on LIVE, 1 offer uses 1 credit.
How do I add credits?
To add more credits you have to be logged in, click "Options" in the top right corner, then click "Business Options" in the left hand menu and choose a single credit or a credit package.
How do I display an offer LIVE?
To display offers on LIVE you must be a business member, then you can navigate to "Options" in the top right corner, and then click "Add New Offer" from the left menu, you will have to choose the time it will expire and type out your offer, then you can click the "Post Offer" button at the bottom. This will use up 1 credit.
How do I display an advert on this website?
If you would like to display a permanent dynamic advert on this website then you can contact us to discuss your needs.
How do I repost an old offer?
To repost an offer you have previously posted on LIVE you will have to click "Options" in the top right hand corner of any page, then click "View Previous Offers" on the left hand menu, there will be a list of all the offers you have posted previously and in the top right corner of each offer you can click "Repost". This will use 1 credit.
How do I change my password?
First you will need to be logged in, then you can click "Options" in the top right corner and then on the left menu click "Change Password", you will have to enter the new password that you want twice and then type your old password to confirm the change, then click "Submit".
How do I retrieve a forgotten password?
To retrieve a forgotten password you can click the login button in the top right corner, you will be taken to the chat login page which displays the link "I forgot my password", if you click this you will be able to have your password sent to you.
How do I edit my chat profile?
To edit your chat profile you'll need to log in and click "Options" in the top right hand corner, then in the left menu you can click "Edit Chat Profile", once you have filled out your details you can click the "Submit" button to save changes.
Why have I been banned from chat?
People will be banned from chat if they post any of the following things:
- Adverts
- Swearing
- Pornography
- Offensive Material
- Copyrighted Material
- Rude or Abusive Comments
